Weft Extensions

For a full, seamless install, we recommend 3–4 bundles of our weft extensions.

    •    Natural look: 3 bundles

    •    Extra fullness (sew-in with minimal leave-out): 4 bundles

    •    Microlink sew-in: 2–3 bundles, depending on your desired hair goals

Clip-In Extensions

Our clip-in extensions are designed to provide a full look with one set. However, if you’re adding length past 16 inches, we recommend purchasing two sets for a seamless, voluminous blend.

Tape-In Extensions

For a natural, lightweight blend, we recommend:

    •    3 packs (60 pieces) – Fine to medium hair

    •    4 packs (80 pieces) – Added fullness

    •    5 packs (100 pieces) – Thick hair or maximum volume

Processing & Shipping Times

    •    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

    •    Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (U.S. orders).

    •    Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at checkout).

    •    International Shipping: 7-10 business days (times may vary based on location and customs).

Order Tracking

    •    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Costs

    •    Standard shipping: Flat rate (or free over a certain amount, if applicable).

    •    Expedited shipping: Additional cost, calculated at checkout.

    •    International shipping: Costs vary based on destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

    •    We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist in locating your package if issues arise.

    •    If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days after delivery to exchange. You also have 14 days after Install to exchange if you are experiencing anything abnormal with your Hair Extensions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unused, unaltered hair within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    •    Hair must be in its original packaging, with the seal intact and no signs of wear, washing, or styling.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an order mistake on our end.

    •    Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit or exchange for a different length, texture, or color.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label for an exchange or full refund.

How to Request an Exchange

    1.    Email [Your Customer Support Email] with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos if applicable.

    2.    Wait for a response within 1-2 business days with next steps.

    3.    If approved, ship the item back within 5 business days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Opened or worn hair extensions

    •    Custom or final sale items

    •    Hair care products and accessories
